Acne Acne Acne; it’s all over the internet and products
about it are all over the pharmacy shelves. So many people
suffer from this condition that products have popped up all
over the internet stating that they are the answer for your
constant outbreaks. But right next to the acne preparations
on those shelves are multi-vitamins. And some of those claim
to be able to clear acne.
When you are looking for vitamins or a multi-vitamin which
helps your body restore its balance and get nutrients that
it needs, you have to find those that will truly help you.
Otherwise, you will be spending money and not getting the
desired results. The first vitamin on your list should be
vitamin A. And Accutane, which is a synthetic form of this
vitamin, has been touted as being the best to help clear acne.
Personally, I would look for a vitamin which is made out of
all natural and preferably organic products. Then the body
is able to metabolize the vitamin and put it to good use in
your body to help your skin be acne
free. Not only will vitamin A help every organ in your
body, but it can also help reduce sebum production which causes
acne.
Not only is vitamin A essential to help you with your acne
condition, but B-Complex vitamins are also very important
when adding vitamins to your anti-acne regimen. Again, this
will help your body generally speaking, but will also help
to reduce stress and balance hormones, which is a leading
cause of acne. B-Complex can include Pantothenic acid –
B5, Thiamine – B1, Riboflavin – B2, Niacin –
B3 and Pyridoxine – B6. These are all essential to being
aggressive to clear your acne.
Besides the aforementioned vitamins, you will want to include
vitamins C, E and K. All of these help prevent infections
as well as heal skin conditions. If you add minerals such
as Selenium, Zinc and Chromium, you will help protect your
skin and keep it healthy. These minerals are crucial to your
body’s and skin’s wellness.
But be aware; more is not better. Too much of a vitamin can
cause reactions and even illnesses. Your body needs balance.
So follow the recommended daily requirement on the bottle
and you will avoid problems with supplements. If you do not
see any improvement from taking vitamins along with your skin
regimen, then consult your physician so he can direct you
to another step to clear your acne.
